Teams
What we do
- Responsible for all design, implementation, and support of data center networks
- Responsible for all design of the enterprise and research networks and support of all ISP circuits
- Responsible for network circuit renewals
What we do
- Responsible for fulfillment and deployment of all enterprise and edge networks
- Responsible to resolve all enterprise and edge network incidents
What we do
- Responsible for resolving our voice and video problems with the assistance of the Voice/Video Operations Teams
- Provide designs for VoIP services, Contact Centers and for new UC services such as Jabber
What we do
- Manage the VoIP core support as well as the core video infrastructure
- Responsible to resolve all voice and video zoom incidents
What we do
- This team is responsible for contract renewals, and warehouse and supply chain management for all ENCS infrastructure services
- Responsible for all adds, moves, changes, and disconnects of the VoIP system
